Nordic Research School in Practical Theology, Oslo/MF March 19 – 20, 2024
MF Norwegian School of Theology, Religion and Society in Oslo will host the Nordic Research School of Practical Theology on March 19-20, 2024. Initially a collaboration between the universities of Uppsala and Lund, joined by MF around 2011, the school has now expanded to include more PhD programs in the Scandinavian countries.
An overarching theme this year will be Theology, interdisciplinarity, and approaches. The theme will be addressed in plenary sessions with presentations. The main part of the program consists of the discussions of papers circulated by PhD students in advance. This is an opportunity to get feedback from colleagues and supervisors at different institutions.
Price
Ph.D. students pay NOK 400. Other academic staff pay NOK 700.
The fee includes lunch both days and dinner Tuesday night.
Papers
We encourage all participating Ph.D. students to present a paper. The paper could be an excerpt from your thesis, a reflective paper, or any other text that will help you forward in your process.
Max 10 000 words all included.
