Information for refugees
MF welcomes refugees to apply for admission to study at the Bachelor's level.
We have extended the application deadline for the programme Bachelor in Theology, Religion and Society (BTRS) for applicants with a refugee status. Lectures and the curriculum are in English.
The bachelor's programme equips students to understand, reflect on and engage with theological, religious and social issues in the contemporary world.

Admission requirements
Applicants have to meet the general admission requirements (except proficiency in Norwegian) in order to be eligible for admission. General admission requirements are described in the GSU-list.
Ukraine:
From 2019 Svidotstvo pro zdobuttja povnoji zahalnoji serednoji osvity / Свідоцтво про здобуття повної загальної середньої освіти + 1 year university education
OR
Until 2018 Atestat pro povnu zahalnu serednju osvitu / Aтестат про повну загальну середню освіту + 1 year university education
OR
Диплом молодшого спеціаліста / Dyplom molodsjoho spetsialista can be assessed individually for the Higher Education Entrance Qualification.
English test is required.
Note that MF requires a higher level of English proficiency than the GSU list, equivalent to grade 4 in Norwegian upper secondary school.
Alternative admission requirements
If you cannot document the required level of proficiency in English, MF will offer an opportunity to take a course/test.
If you cannot meet the requirement of one year study at the university level, applications with a motivation letter will be considered.
