Linn Sæbø Rystad has a Master of Divinity from MF. She has also worked as a pastor in Oslo Vestre Frikirke for 4 years before returning to her PhD-work at MF. She defended her doctoral thesis "Overestimated and Underestimated - a Case Study of the Practice of Preaching for Children with an Emphasis on Children’s Role as Listeners" in 2021 and has since been employed as an Associate Professor of Practical Theology. Additionally, Linn is the program leader of MF's Bachelor in Youth Ministry.
