Defending the Sacred: A Political Spirituality of Climate Action
Marion Grau is a constructive theologian working on contemporary challenges by engaging Christian
traditions through interdisciplinary inquiry. Her current research projects include a constructive
theology of energy transitions and climate change, a critique of petrotheologies and extractivism, and, most recently, interdisciplinary work on climate and social psychology, protest studies, and civil disobedience.
This particular talk will focus on tools for assembling spiritual practices for action to combat climate and biodiversity crises.
