Find your schedule
Get an overview of your lectures and seminar groups.
You can find your schedule in TimeEdit.
How to do it:
- Enter your course code in the search field.
- Select the correct result. Add more courses if needed.
- Click “Show schedule.”
Tips:
- Select your seminar group if you know it – this gives you the correct schedule.
- If you select the course, you will see teaching for all groups.
Get your schedule in your calendar
We recommend adding your schedule directly to the calendar you normally use on your phone or computer.
When you subscribe, your calendar will update automatically if teaching is moved, cancelled or changed.
Note: It may take some time for changes to update. For same-day changes, check Canvas.
How to do it:
Via Canvas (recommended)
- Go to Calendar in Canvas.
- Click “Calendar Feed” in the bottom right.
- Copy the link.
- Add the link to your calendar app (for example Google Calendar or iPhone).
- Tip: Give the calendar a clear name.
Via TimeEdit
- Go to TimeEdit and search for your courses and seminar groups.
- Click “Subscribe” in the top right.
- Set “Time” to the entire semester.
- Copy the link.
- Add the link to your calendar app (for example Google Calendar or iPhone).
- Tip: Give the calendar a clear name.
You can also find your schedule in Canvas:
Once you have access to Canvas, your schedule will be available there.
Note that Canvas may be delayed when changes are made. Use TimeEdit for the most up-to-date information.

Why is something missing from my schedule?
These are the most common reasons:
- You have not selected the correct group
- The teaching has not been published yet
How do I know if something changes?
Follow announcements in Canvas. Check TimeEdit for the latest updates.

- Changes to the schedule may occur during the semester
- Important messages or information may be shared in Canvas and not shown in the schedule
- You are responsible for staying up to date
