My research interests are within the field of quantitative psychology, specifically focusing on the dynamics of radicalization and deradicalization. I apply quantitative methods to investigate the influence of 'Meaning in Life' in this context.
Currently, we are evaluating the effectiveness of meaning-oriented deradicalization programs for Islamist and right-wing extremists via a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). This project is conducted in cooperation with KONEX, a research unit within the German state security authorities.
