Oral exams
An oral exam can be an independent examination or a corrective examination adjusting the temporary grade awarded a written examination. If the oral exam is a corrective examination, it will be stated in the the course catalogue.
Exam dates
Exam dates can be found on StudentWeb and in the course catalogue. Please note that changes in the exam dates may occur, subject to the assessors' availability.
The exam location and your exact time for examination are published on the front page of StudentWeb (see the information column), no later than three days before the exam, and normally at least one week before the exam.
Illness on the day of the exam
If you are ill and unable to meet for the exam, please notify the exam office as soon as possible. If you are ill, but able to take the exam, you may be able to take the exam on zoom. In both cases, contact: exam@mf.no
Support material
The use of examination support material is permitted on some oral exams. Please confer with the course description to see if it applies to your exam. See the overview of allowed support material for exams (pdf) for more information. List F, F2 and F3 deal with courses taught in English.
