Emil Børty Nielsen's Public Defence

Emil Børty Nielsen will give the trial lecture for the degree of PhD at 10:15 a.m on the topic "The problem of evil as a challenge for Christian apologetics." 

The public defence will start at 12:15 p.m. on the thesis

Apologetics Beyond Arguments. An Analysis and Evaluation of the Apologetic Methods of Richard Swinburne, Alister McGrath, and Stanley Hauerwas.

The public defense and the lecture will be in English.

Ordinary examiners will be professor dr. Niels Henrik Gregersen, Copenhagen (1), and professor dr. Harald Hegstad, Oslo (2). Professor dr. Nancey Murphy, Pasadena is the third member of the examination committee.

Rector Vidar L. Haanes will chair the public defence.
