Introduction Bootcamp: how to write a kind, direct and reliable introduction

Blossom Stefaniw in collaboration with the MF writing centre have the pleasure of inviting you to our next writing workshop; “Introduction Bootcamp: how to write a kind, direct and reliable introduction”.

A good introduction is like a bossy auntie who has everything under control but secretly loves you. A bad introduction is like a whole kindergarten coming to visit at 6 a.m. after having had candy for breakfast. Or like a weird guy at the bus stop just saying stuff to the birds. 

In this bootcamp, you'll learn and practice the formula for writing introductions which are kind to the reader, direct in letting the reader know what is going to happen in the rest of the text, and reliable in orienting both the reader and the writer.
